E-mails, they will be sent when you go back online. To go back online, just

Paste
This will paste text, and pictures into e-mail.
Select all
This highlights all text in a e-mail.
Find
This is like a search engine, only it searches your mail instead.
Directions are pretty streight foward here.

All Headers
Tool Bars
"Status Bar" "standard buttons", and "formatting bar" are usually
checked here, it has a customize also.
Source Edit
Another means of making your own stationery. This is very nifty. If you
have this enabled, then you are just a click away from making, editing,
etc... your staionery. I plan to set up a tutor page on this in the near
future.
04-Insert
File attachment
Use this responsibly. This is to send attachments to the recipient.
Click this and at the top you will see the words "Look in" then to the right
a folder will show. If this is the wrong folder, then click the arrow "down"
and find the folder with the file you need.
Text from File
This inserts text from a file from one of "your" folders. Just find the
folder, and click "open" to insert the text.
Picture
This inserts a picture from one of your folders into your e-mail. To get
help, or If your having problems, then go here to get help with this. Click here
Horizontal Line
This places a line going horizontal across your mail, You can use this
to separate areas on your e-mail. Where ever your curser is, thats where the
line will be inserted.
Hyperlink...
This inserts a link into your mail. This inserts all types including
[ftp news mailto and a few others.]
05-Format
Background
This is just a click and/or browse to add HTML to your e-mail you are
sending out into cyber space. "Picture" will tile a picture on your e-mail,
"color" will place a colored background on your e-mail. "Sound" will add
music to your e-mail. Stick to midis, and very short wav files. Some
computers have a rough time of it if you have heavy sound [Large sound file]
on the e-mail.If your having problems, then go here to get help with this.

Encoding
Western European [lSO] is what the USA uses. Depending on the Country
you are from, will say what is check marked here. I believe You can have
Western European [Windows] also, but don't quote me on this, give it a try,
and find out. :)
Rich text [HTML]
This enables you to send clicable links, and stationery in your e-mail.
If you have this enabled, a "dot" will be right beside this.
Plain Text
Plain text, is no html in your e-mail. You can't click the links
either.
Apply Stationery
If you have stationery like CloudEight, instead of clicking "New Mail"
You click here first. You get to view the staionery if you have the option
checked too.
Send Pictures with message
just as it says.
06-Tools
Spelling
Three ways to do this, (1) is to highlight the text you want to check,
rather it be one word, or a paragraph. Then click "spelling" (2) is to put
the curser at the beginning of your text, and then click "spelling" it will
then check your whole e-mail you are sending out. (3) Also under "Tools",
then "Options" click the "spelling tab" "checkmark" so that every e-mail you
send out, is auto checked for spelling before it is sent
out.
Request read receipt
You can ask for receipt, of the email when it is opened by the person
you are sending to. However, they do not have to accept it. They only have
to click "no".
Check names
If you can't remember someone's complete e-mail address, you can enter a
partial name and then use the Check Names, this will do a search for their
e-mail address for you.
Select recipients
You select addresses of the ones you are sending "To".
Address Book
exactly as it looks, it stores all of your addresses. It does have one
feature listed here, that you may want to check out. "Sending e-mail in

Digitally sign
As more people send by e-mail, it is increasingly important to be sure
that documents sent in e-mail are kept confidential, and not forged, and to
be certain that messages you send cannot be intercepted and read by anyone
other than your "intended recipient".

Set priority
Three priorities, {High priority}, for the very important mail you are
sending, just "click", and "!" will be displayed on the message. {Normal
priority} is what your mail is sent in most of the time. {Low priority} If
the mail is less important that you send.
