 Chanserv:

ChanServ allows for the registration and maintenance of a channel and will prevent others from using it. Channels not used for 14 days are dropped from registration.

Note:If the Founder of a channel allows their nick to be dropped from registration, that nick’s registered channel is also dropped.

 To register a channel:

This command registers you as the owner of a channel, and allows ChanServ to help control your channel. You can specify who can be opped, who is automatically kicked and many other features with ChanServ. To register a channel, you must have a registered nick, be in the channel and be opped. Channels expire if no one uses them for 14 days.

/cs register #channelname

Example: /cs register #GoaliesWorld
